Every enquiry, with its source still attached
Franchise enquiries arrive from an expo counter, a form, a phone call and a WhatsApp message on the same day. The ones that convert are the ones somebody followed up — which means the pipeline has to be a system, not a person’s memory.

What breaks without it
The expansion pipeline is a spreadsheet one person maintains. Nobody else can say where a lead stands, follow-ups depend on memory, and when that person is on leave the week is lost.
How it works
Leads & pipeline, step by step
Capture from wherever the enquiry starts
A shareable form link or QR at an expo counter, a CSV import from an aggregator, or manual entry. The source is recorded on the lead, so you can tell which channel is actually producing franchisees rather than volume.
Move it through your stages
Stages are yours to name and reorder — the product ships a Franchise India preset and expects you to change it. Each stage can require its own fields before a lead advances.
Act without leaving the record
Call, email and WhatsApp from the lead, including a scan-to-chat QR that moves a desk conversation to a phone. Every action is logged against the lead, not the person who took it.
Convert in place
When a lead signs, it becomes the franchisee, the outlet and the opening journey — built from what you already captured. Nothing is retyped, because there is nowhere to retype it into.
What you get
- A shareable capture form with its own link and QR
- A stage-wise pipeline view with per-stage requirements
- An activity timeline per lead — calls, emails, WhatsApp, notes
- A franchisee, outlet and opening journey on conversion
Questions people ask
- Can we use our own pipeline stages?
- Yes. Stages are per-tenant, named and ordered by you, and a stage can require specific fields before a lead moves into it. The shipped preset is a starting point, not a constraint.
- How do leads get in from an expo?
- A shareable form link with a QR code. Someone at the counter scans it or you collect on a tablet; entries land as leads with the source recorded.
- Does WhatsApp actually integrate?
- v1 is click-to-chat and scan-to-chat QR — it opens the conversation with the right number from the lead record. It is not a Business API inbox; that is a later decision, not a shipped claim.
- What happens to a lead that does not convert?
- It stays a lead with its full history and can be re-engaged later. Nothing is deleted to keep a list tidy — and under DPDP, an erasure request de-identifies the record rather than destroying the audit trail.
